ALL free virtual exhibitor booth, event space and show sponsorship requests are reviewed and approved by virtual trade show host/organizer.

Trade show exhibitor booth, event space and sponsorship placement is decided by show host/organizer. For special placement consideration please contact Louis at VTSWEP@WebEventPlanner.com.

If your are registering your exhibitor booth or event space please review the following:

Logo or an image is required. If a logo or images are not extractable from your web site please forward logo or an image to VTSAZ@WebEventPlanner.com.

Update your virtual trade show exhibitor booth and show event space up to 3 times per year. Change links, add new links, update your introduction to your virtual exhibitor booth or event space to enhance your marketing and sales efforts.

Note: exhibitors that make changes to there booth and event space throughout the year receive better show placement on there selected virtual trade show compared to exhibitors who make no changes. (inactive exhibitors and event space participants are subject to removal after one year and placement is not guaranteed)

Your virtual exhibitor booth and event space should promote your hospitality business, but more importantly should promote you as a hospitality sales professional (building rapport and educating). Please consider both aspects when setting up your exhibitor booth and event space for easier approval.
