E-Packet updates and changes are completed by WEP within 24 hours of receipt if received in a digital format (.doc, .jpg or .gif). Please keep in mind your site is not like print material; There is no final deadline for editing. If you should find an error/correction (or need to update) your information, please email us your request and we will make the change. (faxing and regular mail is fine as well). Menus changes, facility updates, new photos, contact changes etc. We do all the work and all you are responsible for is training, forwarding us changes/updates and verifying that all your information is correct once uploaded.
