Email Submissions Form
On the navigational bar of your Hotel E-Packet, site visitors
wishing to receive promotional material from your hotel will
be able to Submit
Email Addresses for more
information. Each address submitted will be forwarded to the
staff member of choice for your hotel, in the same manner as
your Inquiry Form (*see below).
When submitting their
emails, visitors will be able to select
from the following categories for information:
Meeting/Conference (less than 10 guest rooms)
Meeting/Conference (more than 10 guest rooms)
Guest Rooms (no meeting space)
Meeting (no guest rooms)
Social (Wedding, Restaurant, Hotel Amenities etc.)
Corporate, Government, Social, Association, Education,
Religious,
Tour and Travel, Third Party Meeting Planner
E-Mail address(es) for future hotel promotions
Once an email is submitted
to your hotel it is the hotel's responsibility to organize
and utilize the submissions. Place each new email submission
in a folder within your selected email program and Label the Folder Email
Marketing.
Check the help button in your email program for instructions
on "Creating a New Folder."
Your email program may offer other ways to organize emails. Check
with your IT manager
or your staff members to brainstorm other possibilities.
With the Three Special
Promotions WebEventPlanner.com includes in your Hotel E-Packet
each year, you can Promote
Guest Room Rates, Meeting Specials or Hotel Amenities. And you can announce your Promotions
via email to interested site visitors by easily referencing your
Email Marketing
Folder (*see below).

repeat guests, too...the meeting planner who uses your hotel
service, your corporate planners, that holiday party you host
each year, that guest you see using your guest room or restaurant...
