Each Event Facility
is responsible for edits on spelling, pricing and to check links,
email addresses and email submissions forms to ensure they are
working and forwarding properly. Edits, Changes and Updates are
posted to your E-Packet within 24 hours.
It is the responsibility
of each hotel to train staff on our service. Seminars are available

E-Packets are
best viewed at a MEDIUM text size on your browser. Recommended
browser of at least Win98® 6.0 or higher (or
comparable).
Any changes must be in writing to WebEventPlanner.com. By Email,
Fax or regular mail. Text Files: .doc, .pdf, Images:
.jpg, .gif (No .pub files will be excepted). WebEventPlanner.com
maintains your E-Packet throughout the year with updates and
changes! E-Packet updates and changes are completed by WEP within
24 hours of receipt if received in a digital format (.doc, .jpg
or .gif). Please keep in mind your site is not like print material;
There is no final deadline for editing. If you should find an
error/correction (or need to update) your information, please
email us your request and we will make the change. (faxing and
regular mail is fine as well). Menus changes, facility updates,
new photos, contact changes, new banners, add new vendors, job
posting, etc. We do all the work and all you are responsible
for is training, forwarding us your information, forwarding changes/updates
and verifying that all your information is correct and working
once uploaded.
Hard copy information provided by hotel will not be returned
unless prior arrangements have been made.

Yearly maintenance fee is due prior to Anniversary date of initial
upload and is non-refundable! Payments due by first upload of
web site. If renewal fee/contract is not received on or before
Anniversary date promotion/maintenance will stop until renewal
fee/contract is received.
Due to the ever
growing concern of Internet piracy, privacy, viruses and program
compatibility issues we will no longer accept foreign coding
to be added within our database/program. Foreign coding posses
a security issue and risk to our business and to our client sites.
We will continue to add any text, photos, link addresses you
provide us and will continue to promote and provide you with
stats information to your Hotel E-Packet as usual.

Printing a Web Page When Printing Pages within
an Electronic Sales & Catering Packet, please remember that
an Internet Page is larger than a printed page. Pages will overlap
when printed. Various settings, software and hardware on end-user
printers will affect printouts.
If you wish
to print a specific item, highlight that item by clicking and
holding the right side of your mouse and highlight the item you
wish to print. Once highlighted press Ctrl-C on your key board
(this will copy the highlighted item). Once you have done this,
open a NEW WORD DOCUMENT and press Ctrl-V. This will copy the
desired item into word for printing. This will avoid printing
unneeded items.
