Job Opportunities at the Hilton Austin Airport Hotel (September 10, 2007 ) 1PT(2nd Shift) Must be able to stand for at least 8 hours at a time. Must have reliable transportation, good customer service skills. and basic computer skills 1PT(2nd Shift) Must have valid Texas Drivers License. Must have customer service experience and reliable transportation. Must have clean driving record. Ability to be on your feet for an extended amount of time. Will need to lift at least 75lbs. 1PT(1st & 2nd Shift) Must have cash handling experience, good customer service skills. Must be able to stand for at least 8 hours. Work a flexible shift. 1PT(AM-PM Flexible) Must have good customer service skills. Must be able to stand for 8hrs. Must be able to lift 50lbs. Must be flexible. 3PT(AM-PM Flexible) Prior serving experience a plus. Must be able to work flexible 8 hour shift and weekends. 1FT(AM-PM Flexible) Must be able to work a flexible schedule. Weekends and holidays. Must be on time and willing to learn. 1PT(AM-PM Flexible) Hotel Maintenance experience required. Painting and drywall experience preferred. Good customer service skills. Nights and weekends as needed. 1FT( 1st Shift) Hotel experience preferred. Good customer service and flexible schedule. ( Entry Level Position ) 1PT(AM-PM Flexible) Must be able to lift up to 70lbs excellent customer service , great attitude and team work. Three years experience in a similar position, hospitality environment preferred. Bachelors Degree required. Proficiency in Excel and Word computer applications required. Previous supervisory/ managerial experience preferred. Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills required. Promote sales in their established markets through telephone solicitation and outside sales Calls, rebooking repeat business. Have a working knowledge of all systems, reports, room capabilities and forms used in the sales office. Work with a catering partner to insure proper servicing of all accounts. Assist with other areas as assigned by the Director of Sales/Director of Marketing. MOD duty. Aggressive outgoing personality necessary. Proven record of independent, self- motivated work habits required. Degree preferred but not required. Effective time management principles and organizational skills. Strong English writing skills with proven verbal communication abilities are essential. Dependable transportation. Be available for some weekend shifts. Travel may be required. Must have at least two years of current hotel experience in the same or equivalent position with similar responsibilities and equal to, or higher sales volume/ property size. Must have a proven sales track record.
