Wyndham Hotel San Jose offers different packages to accommodate your needs, however, please bear in mind that these packages are offered simply as guidelines. They in no way, represent the limit of our culinary expertise.  Your Catering Manager, as well as the Chef, are at your disposal to create custom-tailored packages for your Quinceañera.

Wyndham Hotel does not allow food or beverages to be brought into the function room by the patron or guests. We have found that one choice of entrée is most successful; however, if more than one entrée is requested, the patron will be charged the highest price on both entrees.

In order to ensure quality service, we request that all menus are arranged at least three weeks prior to the Quinceañera. We ask that you give us a final guaranteed number 72 working hours prior to the event.

The final guaranteed number may not be below the minimum guarantee stated on the original contract.

All daytime Quinceañera Receptions may be scheduled between 11:00am and 5:00pm and evening receptions may be scheduled between 6:00pm and 1:00am. All Packages are based on 5 hours of service. The San Jose P.D will be on site during your event. Their security services are and additional price.

A Deposit will be required for all Quinceañera receptions. Final Payment is required 7 working days prior to the Quinceañera, any additional charges are to be paid at the end of the function.

All Party favors, Special toasting glasses, any printed materials, etc. must be brought into the office no later than three day prior to the reception. Wyndham Hotel is not responsible for lost or damaged items in the room.

If you would like to bring your own candles and candles holders, prior approval from the Catering Department is needed in order to comply with the San Jose Fire Codes.

Wyndham Hotel can provide you with entertainment, photography, videography and limousine service, referrals, etc… Please let us know if we can help you in the planning of your special day.
