This service was specifically designed for meeting that don't require everyone in the meeting to have a simultaneous connection to the Internet. With Cyber Cafe, meeting attendees can keep on top of there email during meeting breaks, without losing focus on the actual meeting.

Wayport's eMeeting Pack II contains all of the elements of the eMeeting Pack I, but provides up to 50 PC connections and a dedicated support technician (via a toll-free number) to ensure meeting attendees have immediate access to phone support should the need arise.

The eMeeting III solution is geared for the most demanding client's technology needs. Our team of technology event experts will assist in the pre-event planning stages by performing a full needs analysis with the client and hotel. Removal of the Wayport Welcome Page makes for a simplified connection process for all attendees. A Cyber Cafe will be provided in either a break out room or pre-function area to allow attendees email access at anytime. Up to 10 Static IP's will be available for connecting any peripheral systems (Network Prints, VPN Concentrators, etc.) to the network in a secure, seamless manner. Additionally, the integrity of the meeting room connection is assured with a minimum of 768K of guaranteed bandwidth
