Holiday Special Banquet Menu

This special menu was designed for your group by Chef Brian von Eggers. Think of it as a best of the year collection. The menu is designed to meet wide range of tastes and preferences. It is offered at a special rate for group events of twenty five or more people, changes to this menu are kindly declined. Individual exceptions will be made for those with food allergies and vegetarians. Chef Brian will gladly tailor a special menu for your event using our current Plateau or banquet menu as a starting point. Coleen Berry our Banquet Captain will set the ambiance of the evening with white linens, holiday center pieces, holiday room decorations and holiday music. Special napkins, table toppers, plate chargers, specialized room decorations, dance floors or audio-visual equipment are available at an additional charge. Outsourced services and products are also available for an additional 20% coordination service fee.
