All of our meeting rooms have state-of-the-art AV equipment.  Ceiling mounted LCD projectors that connect to laptops (we have laptops available if you want to just travel with your flash drive), 14’ X 14’ drop down AV screens in Rivers Event Center and Cayuse Hall, smaller screens in the Walla Walla and Umatilla Board Rooms.  The sound system a includes speaker podium, wireless handheld microphones and lapel-style microphones.  Use of the AV equipment is free and there is an AV Tech on hand during your conference.
