Traveling on I-95 North or South
From I-95 South, take I-495 West to Exit 45W towards Dulles Airport (i.e. Route 67 West-Toll Road). Exit the toll road at Exit 12 (Reston Parkway). After paying the toll, turn left onto Reston Parkway. At the second traffic light, turn left onto Sunrise Valley Drive. The hotel is 1/4 mile on the left.

From I-95 North, take I-495 West towards Northern Virginia. Take Exit 45W towards Dulles Airport (i.e. Route 267 West-Toll Road). Exit the toll road at Exit 12 (Reston Parkway). After paying the toll, turn left onto Reston Parkway. At the second traffic light, turn left onto Sunrise Valley Drive. The hotel is 1/4 mile on the left.

Traveling on I-66 East or West
From Washington DC take I-66 West. Follow the signs to Washington Dulles Airport (route 267 West-Toll Road). Exit the toll road at Exit 12 (Reston Parkway). After paying the toll, turn left onto Resston Parkway. At the second traffic light, turn left onto Sunrise Valley Drive. The hotel is 1/4 mil on the left.

From Manassas and points West, take I-66 East to Exit 55 (Fairfax County Parkway) towards Reston. Follow Fairfax County Parkway to Sunrise Valley Drive. Turn right onto Sunrise Valley Drive and follow it for 1.5 miles to the Sheraton Reston Hotel on the left.

Traveling from Washington Dulles or National Airport
From Washington Dulles Airport take the toll road (Route 267 East) to Exit 12 (Reston Parkway). At the end of the exit ramp, go to the right. At the first traffic light turn left onto Sunrise Valley Drive. The Hotel is 1/4 mile on the left.

From Reagan National Airport, take Route 1 North to Route 110 North. When Route 110 ends, take 66 West. Follow the signs to Washington Dulles Airport (route 267 West-Toll Road). Exit the toll road at Exit 12 (Reston Parkway). After paying the toll, turn left onto Reston Parkway. At the second traffic light, turn left onto Sunrise Valley Drive. The hotel is 1/4 mile on the left.
