Our wedding packages that include Hot Hors d ’oeuvres offered during the first hour are based on 1.5 pieces per person, per selection. Additional hors d’ oeuvre quantities can be added and will be charged accordingly. To finalize and confirm your booking for the Sheraton Columbia Hotel we will require a $500.00 deposit. We will complete a letter form contract stating your date, time and estimated number of attending guests.

Approximately 90 days prior to your special day we will ask for all of your specific details in re-gards to the reception, including food selections and beverage choices. In addition 30% of ex-pected expenditures will also be due at this time. Your final headcount is due 72 business hours prior to the event with payment in full.
