Our package hors d’oeuvres are offered during the first hour of the reception. The package price for hot hors d’oeuvres is based upon 1.5 pieces per person per selection.  Additional hors d’oeuvres quantities can be added for an additional charge.

To finalize and confirm your booking for the Sheraton Columbia Hotel, we require a nonrefundable deposit of $500.00. We will do a letter-form contract stating your date, time, and approximate number of attendees. Approximately 90 days prior to your special day, we will ask you for all of the specific details of your reception, including food and beverage. In addition, 30% of your anticipated expenditures will be due at this time. A final number of guests is due to the hotel 72 business hours prior to your event with payment in full.

All 2009 prices are subject to an increase, not to exceed 10% over current 2008 prices.
