Professional Technical Assistance

We employ experienced and professional technicians trained in all aspects of projection, video, audio and lighting. If you have extensive or specialized audio visual needs, a professional technician is generally recommended. If you would like the services of a technician to be assigned and dedicated to work with you we will be glad to make the arrangements in advance of your event.

Equipment Installation

We understand the meaning of excellence in service. We include the safety tape down of cables, additional power cords and the prompt pack-up and removal of equipment at the conclusion of your event. Depending upon the nature, extent or the quantity of your specific requirements, an additional charge may be applied for set-up or pretesting of specialized equipment.

All basic equipment orders are subject to service charges for installation and setup. Additional labor charges will apply to more complex requirements at the above hourly rates. All equipment will be set up one hour prior to start time if your meeting space is available. Four hour minimum charge on all labor.
