Columbia Crest Cabernet
Traditional black cherry and blueberry notes are layered
with toasty coconut and vanilla in this rich,
concentrated wine.

Pend d’Orielle Bistro Rouge
An easy-to-approach, nonchalant claret made
true to its heritage. Rich in fruit and texture.

Hedges CMS (Cab-Merlot-Syrah)
Ripe red and blue berry flavors with a tart and tangy
finish for this immensely popular blend

Columbia Crest “Grand Estate” Merlot
Juicy and lively, appealing for its beautifully articulated berry,
cherry and delicately herbal flavors, picking
up some spicy-smoke notes on the polished finish.

Chateau St. Michelle Merlot
Polished and generous with its spicy oak-scented cherry
and plum flavors, which echo attractively to the finish.

Snoqualmie Syrah
Bright black fruit aromas with hints of blackberry,
blueberry and mocha. Soft luscious tannins round out
the long and lingering finish.

Duck Pond Pinot Noir
This Pinot Noir has a traditional nose of raspberry
and black currant and a nice weight in the mouth. Soft
oak enhances the body and prolongs the finish
without competing with the wine’s clean finish.

Clos du Bois Cabernet
Pretty blackberry and cassis fruit, good oak, soft
and dry with some real elegance and character.

Blackstone Merlot
Delightful aromas reflect ripe plums, fresh raspberries,
summer berries and rose tea. The generous aromas
are echoed in the palate, which is supple
and well structured with great length of flavors.

Sawtooth Chardonnay 1999
This wine has vanilla aromas that proceed ripe tropical fruit
and a hint of oak. It has a rich mouth feel that
leads to a crisp clean finish.

Chateau St. Michelle Chardonnay 2000
Supple, almost plush in texture, with a refreshing core of pear
and pineapple flavors, shaded with hints of
almond and spice.

Chateau St. Michelle “Horse Heaven Vineyard” Sauvignon Blanc 2001
A bright and fruity offering with citrus and nectarine flavors
edged with spice from barrel fermentation,
finishing with zingy acidity.

Seven Hills Reisling 2001
A nice balance of fruit and acids with just the right
amount of sweetness. Honeysuckle aromas are followed

rubbed with a stoneground mustard and honey glaze,
served with wild rice pilaf and our vegetable medley

Cioppino- Manila clams, scallops, shrimp, and (fish?)
stewed in a fennel tomato sauce with potatoes
and served with garlic French bread

New York Strip- Grilled to your liking and served
on a bed of bourbon braised onions. Accompanied by a baked
potato and a warm goat cheese stuffed Roma tomato.

Smoked Pork Tenderloin- Lightly brined and smoked pork
tenderloin grilled to your liking and served with garlic
mashed potato, our vegetable medley,
and a cherry infused pork demi glace.

Buffalo Stew- Rock Creek buffalo slow cooked in a hearty stew,
served on mashed potato, and accompanied
by garlic French bread

Barbecued Ribs- Slow roasted pork ribs basted
with our house made barbecue sauce
and served over French fries

Pesto Oreichette- Sautéed squash, zucchini, and red pepper
mixed with roasted tomatoes and Pesto and tossed
with fresh Oreichette. Topped with fresh shaved Asiago

Indian Tofu Kabobs- Curry marinated tofu and vegetable kabobs
grilled and served on wild rice, accompanied by mango chutney
and drizzled with an Indian mint yogurt sauce
