SuperShuttle will provide shared-ride shuttle service for Hilton Austin Airport guests to and from downtown restaurants and attractions, shopping and anywhere in the Austin area...  all at our discounted airport rate!

Our "holding area" at the airport is closed behind the Hilton and our vans are driving past the property in-bound and out-bound to/from the airport 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per years.

Guests can pay on-board the van or we can provide the hotel with customized pre-printed vouchers and invoice the hotel then the hotel can charge the guest's hotel room or master account.

Reservations:
We will provide the Hilton staff with VIP phone number so they can contact our dispatch staff quickly and conveniently.  Reservations should be made as far in advance as possible but because of the location of your property, we will usually be able to accommodate your guests' last minute requests.  Reservations may be made by the guest directly at 385.9100 (this is our Preferred Hotel Guest Reservation Line).

Return Trip:
When we drop your guests off, they will be given a receipt that has the Preferred Hotel Guest Reservation Line phone number on it (385.9100).  They can call us when they are ready to return and we will pick them up at their designated location and take them back to the Hilton Austin Airport.  If preferred, guests can prearrange a return trip pickup location and time.

Pricing:
Hilton Austin Airport guests will receive our discounted airport shared-ride pricing which will be determined by the ZIP Code of their destination.  As an example: Downtown is $10.00 per person, $18.00 round trip, $39.00 exclusive; Highland Mall area is $12.00 per person, $20.00 round trip, $39.00 exclusive; and the Arboretum area is $15.00 per person, $26.00 round trip, $49.00 exclusive.  Our shuttles seat up to 7 passengers and we have larger vans, unmarked corporate-style vans and wheelchair accessible vans are available with advance notice.

SuperShuttle also provides group transpiration, charters and other special transportation services coordinated through our local Sales Staff.  Consider SuperShuttle for taking guests or groups downtown, to sporting events, entertainment venues, museums and tours...  anywhere in the greater Austin area.  Charters can be hourly or point-to-point and can be in SuperShuttle or unmarked corporate-style vans (7-14 passenger vans available).
