January 16, 2008- The Holiday Inn Hotel & Conference Center, Fishkill NY is pleased to announce that it is now under new ownership and management. Presently owned and managed by Carol Davino, the Holiday Inn Hotel & Conference Center continues its goal of providing affordable and comfortable accommodations for both vacation and business travelers. Carol Davino was the owner/operator of the hotels food service operations, Davino’s European Delights for the past 3 years. Ms. Davino saw an opportunity to bring the “spirit back” to the hotel operations and is currently involved in the hotels million dollar renovation and is driven to bring the hotel back to where it once was. Ms. Davino has a vision of bringing back personalized service that in this day and age can be lost. She believes in creating a warm and hospitable environment that will keep guest coming back, and she strives to instill this mantra in all of her employees.

My name is Carol Davino, and I am the new General Manager/Owner of the Holiday Inn Hotel & Conference Center in Fishkill, next door to you! I am so excited about all the new projects and renovations that we have done this summer that I want to share them with you. I have just renovated all our sleeping rooms. This project will be complete in January 2008; all new bedding, mattresses, furniture, new rugs and updated bathrooms. The rooms look great!
