Denise, I think this could be a great tool. The tutorial was very thorough and easy to understand, the "Terms of Agreement" are straight forward (Denise Solomon should review) and the end product (proposals) are very professional and appear very easy for a client to navigate. The cost for the possible return is minimal in my opinion. Where do we go from here?

Before the Hilton & Doubletree had E-Packets, they communicated their sales & catering packet information to prospective clients mostly via fax, and some mail. Now they use their E-Packets 98% of the time by sending their E-Packet link out in an email to prospects. In addition, having to communicate via fax & mail was much slower and cut them out of the running for a lot of business. Now they can get their information out immediately and thus are receiving the business they couldn't previously.
